You must be 18 years of age to participate in any contest.

All contest selections are final regardless of pitching changes or any other circumstance not forseen.

If it is determined by Capping Contests that the same person is entering picks using more than one user name, that person is not eligible to win any prize.

Users may or may not be entitled to win more than one contest in the same period for the same prize. See contest commissioner for details.

Any act that interferes with a contest that is out of our control, such as power failures, site down because of reasons out of our control, specific IP problems or anything else that we can not control will not be allowed to be used for excuses when it pertains to any contest unless noted on a specific contest rule in the description area of that contest. Picks may not be emailed in, posted in forum or any other matter except logging in and entering the picks.

Each contest will also list specific added rules for that particular contest.
